Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• For any Cash On Delivery order we kindly request transferring the shipping fees on instapay or vodafone cash via contatcting us on whatsapp.
• Our exchange policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
• You may request an exchange for another size or a new product.
• اثناء الخصومات الشحنة تسلم مقفولة و مغلفة و غير متاح المعاينة. بعد الاستلام متاح استبدال فقط خلال 2 ايام و غير متاح استرجاع

 

• Exchange is allowed only once (exchange 1 time only) (الاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط)

 

• Sale items can be exchanged within 2 days only. But no refund.

 

• Once you requested your exchange, the courier will call you within 3-4 working days. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item.

 

• Burkini can be exchanged within 24 hours only in its original condition

 

• Defected or wrong items delivered or wrong number of items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

Refund Policy

• Sale items can not be refunded but exchanged only

 

• In case of manufacturing defect in the product, it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order , another perfect piece of same color and size will be sent to the customer with no shipping fees.

 

• In case of cancelling an order, that was paid with visa, 3% of the paid amount are deducted as online visa fees
