Inspection Policy (المعاينة)

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If your order is 1item you can ask for inspection (معاينة). In case of inspection, you are kindly requested to pay the shipping fees via instapay or vodafone cash before shipping the order (confirmed with you on whatsapp)

اذا كان الاوردر منتج واحد يمكنك طلب المعاينة عند الاستلام (عن طريق التنسيق معنا من خلال الواتس اب وقت تاكيد الاوردر) و في حالة المعاينة يتم تحويل مبلغ الشحن مسبقا عن طريق انستا باي او فودافون كاش

Kindly be noticed that if your order have multiple items, opening the shipment prior to payment is not allowed. But exchange and refund are allowed as per our refund policy.

اذا كان الاوردر اكثر من منتج غير مسموح بالمعاينة و تسلم الشحنة مغلقة. و متاح استبدال و استرجاع  طبقا لسياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Kindly be noticed that opening the shipment prior to payment is not allowed as per the shipping company’s Policy.

• For Cash On Delivery orders we kindly request transferring the shipping fees on instapay or vodafone cash.
• Our exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
• You may request an exchange for another size or a new product.

 

• Exchange is allowed only once (exchange 1 time only) (الاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط)

 

• Sale items can be exchanged within 2 days only. But no refund.

 

• Once you requested your exchange, the courier will call you within 3-4 working days. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item.

 

• Burkini can be exchanged within 24 hours only in its original condition

 

• Defected or wrong items delivered or wrong number of items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

Refund Policy

• If you just didn't like the received item, no problem you can issue a refund.

 

• Refund should be reported within 24 hours.

 

• Sale items can not be refunded but exchanged only

 

• In case of manufacturing defect in the product, it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, a full refund is issued to the client (via Vodafone cash or Instapay) and no shipping fees are deducted.

 

• In case of cancelling an order, that was paid with visa, 3% of the paid amount are deducted as online visa fees
