Terms of service

All orders are shipped from our office in Cairo via Aramex or Bosta shipping company to allover Egypt and worldwide.

After placing an order, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you assuring that we have received your order and we also contact you on Whatsapp.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further notifications.

اذا كان الاوردر منتج واحد يمكنك طلب المعاينة عند الاستلام (عن طريق التنسيق معنا من خلال الواتس اب وقت تاكيد الاوردر) و في حالة المعاينة يتم تحويل مبلغ الشحن مسبقا عن طريق انستا باي او فودافون كاش

Kindly be noticed that during sale, opening the shipment prior to payment is not allowed. But exchange is allowed as per our policy.

اثناء الخصومات غير مسموح بالمعاينة و تسلم الشحنة مغلقة. و متاح استبدال  فقط طبقا لسياسة الاستبدال

In case of refusing /cancelling your order after it has been shipped, you have to pay the shipping fees.

في حالة الغاء الاوردر او رفض استلامه بعد خروجه من جانبنا و تسليمه لشركة الشحن يجب علي العميل دفع مصاريف الشحن (تحويلها علي انستا باي او فودافون كاش) نظرا لاننا نقوم بدفع مصاريف الشحن مقدما لشركة الشحن حتي في حالة عدم استلام العميل

Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible, but depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take up to 4 -5 business days to ship from the time you submit it.
